Finally! Katrina Kaif to join social media around her birthday on 16 July

Social media is been widely used by Hindi film stars for more than half a decade. It has turned out to be a useful tool to interact with fans and promote their upcoming films. While a huge number of celebrities have thronged platforms like Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, there are few who have purposely stayed away from it. One of them is Katrina Kaif.

But not any more. As per latest reports, the star has finally decided to debut on social media. Katrina would be starting her official account on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Although she wasn’t comfortable joining social media all these years, she now feels that it is the need of the hour. 

Reports also claimed that her social media launch would take place around her birthday, which falls on July 16. Baar Baar Dekho will be the first film that she would be promoting through social media. 

The news has got her fans into a state of frenzy. Posts welcoming her to the world of social media have already started pouring in.
