With Sultan hitting the Rs200 crore mark, Salman Khan is all set to spend his 'Eidi' money on a brand new beachfront farmhouse. The actor is planning to jazz up his lavish 5-BHK sea-facing Gorai bungalow in Mumbai. This bungalow will serve as the annual holiday resort for Salman, who still lives with his parents in the famous Galaxy apartments in the Bandra suburb.
The actor reportedly bought this property in 2008, and the construction will finish just in time for Salman to ring in his 51st birthday on 27 December.
Salman is in the process of building some really cool features at his lavish bungalow.
The two storey farmhouse will have a gymnasium, swimming pool, and a viewing theatre. If that wasn't enough to make the farmhouse the envy of bachelors around the world, the property will also have a dirt bike arena for Salman to race his all terrain bikes in. A family man, Salman is also planning to construct two other bungalows next to his own, for friends and family.
This is the second farmhouse the actor has invested in. His first, and more famous den, is his Panvel farmhouse which has served as his weekend getaway for special occasions.
The arrival of Salman Khan has sparked a sudden increase in real estate prices in the region, as other celebs are also looking for prime locations in the Salsette and Bhet islands along Mumbai.
With films that rake in the revenue like his do, the Sultan is well within his right to expand his real estate empire.
