Few days ago, an aspiring filmmaker named Kritik Kumar filed a complaint at the Versova Police Station (Mumbai) against actor Tiger Shroff and filmmaker Sabbir Khan for allegedly stealing his story for their next film, Munna Michael. According to his claim, Tiger had heard the story a year ago and had also agreed to do the film.

In a media statement, he said, “Tiger took my story a year ago and kept coaxing me to give him more details about my project titled MJ Return. He had committed to doing the film with me, but he has now gone on to announce another project with a similar storyline.”

But in a fresh turn of events, Tiger and Khan have decided to file a defamation case against Kumar for allegedly maligning their name through, what they claim, is a false allegation. Although there hasn’t been any official reaction from the duo, there are reports that they are reportedly shocked by the accusation.

Munna Michael is an action-romance that revolves around dance. In the film, Tiger is cast opposite Disha Patani.
