Priyanka Chopra's next release, Jai Gangaajal, has run into trouble with the Central Board Of Film Certification. Apparently, the film about the mafia was to be granted an 'Adult' certificate with minimal cuts, but that didn't go down well with director Prakash Jha.
According to news reports, Jha was told he would have to clean up his soundtrack and edit visuals of verbal and physical violence to make Jai Gangaajal eligible for the 'UA' certification he wanted.
The film is two months away from release and, according to some reports, Prakash Jha has decided to take it to the CBFC's Tribunal to appeal against the cuts.
