Mastizaade stars Sunny Leone in a double role. Interestingly, the filmmakers have reportedly spoofed a cult scene from the film Karan Arjun, specifically the one in which Raakhee is extremely confident about the return of her sons.

The Mastizaade scene reportedly shows a lady banging her head on a temple's bell, screaming, "Mere Karan Arjun aayengey". The joke involves her husband appearing before her with a pack of condoms.
