Kamal Haasan will join Shyam Benegal  

Earlier this month, the I&B Ministry appointed a special committee headed by filmmaker Shyam Benegal to suggest measures to help the Censor Board understand the nuances of film certification. Now, Kamal Haasan will reportedly join the committee too.

Apparently, this addition comes after the Ministry felt that more regions of the country should be given representation on the panel, suggesting that directors Shaji Karun and Gautam Ghosh should also be included. Current members include filmmaker Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra, adman Piyush Pandey and journalist Bhawana Somayaa.
