Shah Rukh, Alia, Deepika, Varun shine at Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards

Often film stars maintain a certain decorum at awards. They are dressed formally and render their mandatory speech if they bag an award. However, all formalities are thrown out of the window when you grace a kids awards do. 

Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan and Tiger Shroff were the star attraction of the Nickeldeon India Kids Choice Awards 2016. And the stars certainly let themselves loose and had a gala time with the kids.

Shah Rukh Khan beat Ajay Devgn, John Abraham and Akshay Kumar for the Kids' Choice Icon of the Year award, while Padukone beat Alia Bhatt, Anushka Sharma, and Priyanka Chopra for the best actor (female) award. 

The awards were immaterial though as this was a night where the stars were out to enjoy themselves.

Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt didn’t hesitate to splash slime on their young fans. Apparently, some eager kids even splashed it on Shah Rukh Khan. 

Before that Dhawan made a flying entry to the stage. 

And so did Bhatt 

The fun was evident on the red carpet too, with the stars clicking selfies with the popular Nick cartoon characters, and Dhawan even appearing to be pulling Bhatt’s dress.   

Tiger Shroff was the other star attraction of the evening, chipping in with a stunning dance performance and bagging the dancing star of the year award.

It was an indeed fun filled evening with the stars rediscovering their inner child. Watch few more pitures below.
