The latest song 'Kuch Din' from Kaabil fails to deliver the spark and fizz that the film's soundtrack needs.

With less than a month left for the release of Kaabil, the makers have released another song to raise the buzz for the Hrithik Roshan-Yami Gautam-starrer. 'Kuch Din' is the latest song that seeks to infuse some life into the so far stolid reviews of Kaabil's soundtrack.
'Kuch Din' carries forward the sentiment of love from the title track of the film, 'Main Tere Kaabil Hoon'. The visuals of the song are high on romance and sentimentality, which seems to be the subtext of the entire film.
The music, however, is a tad disappointing. With a pleasant and rhythmic score, the song fails to make the impact it promises at the beginning. In the end, even Jubin Nautiyal's voice fails to impart it any character, leaving a sense of insipidity. The progression of the song possesses the distinct touch of Rajesh Roshan, but is all too familiar to make an impact.
With the threat of Raees looming large, the slow-medium burn style of Rajesh's music might not help in building up the buzz for Kaabil.
Kaabil is directed by Sanjay Gupta and scheduled for a 25 January release.
