Even as the Jagga Jasoos trailer is being talked about since it was released yesterday, Ranbir Kapoor is getting ready for his next film, the Sanjay Dutt biopic which will be directed by Rajkumar Hirani. Kapoor will commence shooting for the film next month.

Remarkably, the actor doesn't feel he deserves to be in the film.

Speaking to the Press Trust of India, the actor said, "I am starting the shoot next month. It is a very difficult film. To represent Sanjay Dutt and work with Raju Hirani...I don't even think I deserve this film. But, I am looking forward to working on it."

Like Jagga Jasoos, the Dutt biopic, too, has taken a while to take off. The seasoned actor has lived quite an eventful and controversial life. Hirani had to spend countless hours to just hear Dutt narrate his life story. The director had initially planned to release the film on Christmas 2017, but that day has been locked by Salman Khan for Tiger Zinda Hai.

The Dutt biopic will see Kapoor reunite with Sonam Kapoor after 10 years since they made their debut with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Saawariya (2007).
