Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan have been blessed with their first child, a baby boy. An occasion of happiness and joy for the Pataudi and Kapoor families was marred by a number of Twitter trolls who mocked the choice of name for the child — Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi.
It was close friend and director Karan Johar who first leaked the name of the child on Twitter. "My Bebo had a baby boy!!!!!!! Am so so happy!!!!!!! #TaimurAliKhan" he tweeted.

Though a surprising one, the choice of name is certainly not ordinary. Taimur means Iron in the Persian language. It was also the name of the powerful and legendary Turco-Mongol conqueror Timur Lang. It was the latter that proved to be the bone of contention for Twitter trolls as they took to criticizing the name.
