The season 5 of Koffee with Johar will see the public debut of Mira Rajput, alongside husband, Shahid Kapoor.

Shahid Kapoor just revealed a sensational story for the internet. The actor posted a selfie of himself with his wife at the sets of Karan Johar's Koffee With Johar. Even as the buzz over Salman Khan making an episode for season 5 of Johar's chat show is dying down, the news of Shahid Kapoor's wife making an appearance has taken over.
The media-shy Rajput married Shahid Kapoor in a much-publicised wedding which took the industry by a storm. The couple has just given birth to their first child, Misha. Through this time, Mira Rajput has maintained a safe distance from the media and the public eye. However, Kapoor has played the devout husband putting up pictures of his wife on his Instagram and social media posts. While Kapoor has been quite open about his stories on how he met his wife, fell in love, the lady has maintained radio silence. Obviously, Johar will put on his best questions to delve more into the personality, and interests of Rajput.
With Johar focusing on couples this season, Shahid and Mira Rajput's appearance on the show seems to be standard. They do face the high bar set by Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna this season. Considering the wit, humour and charm with which Akshay and Twinkle Khanna handled Johar's questions, Shahid and Mira have quite the task on hand.
