On the eve of his grandfather Raj Kapoor's 92nd birth anniversary, Ranbir Kapoor decided to move out of the ancestral halls of Krishna Raj and into his swanky new flat in Pali Hill. Not that he would miss much, as Gauri Khan looks to have done a splendid job to refurbish the bachelor pad for the young Kapoor.
The designer released a couple of pictures on her Instagram page, with Kapoor posing along. The house, aptly named Vaastu, in Pali Hill was bought by Kapoor at an astronomical price of Rs35 crore. From the looks of it, Gauri Khan might have raised the real estate value of the flat a bit more with her designing. If the coffee table and walls offer a matured, stylish look to the house, the off kilter chandelier literally grabs your attention.

For once, dad Rishi Kapoor was in agreement with his son's choice of designer. The senior Kapoor took to Twitter to praise Khan's work on his son's home.
Ranbir Kapoor even threw a housewarming party yesterday night where he invited some closed friends. Reports suggest that Karan Johar, Gauri Khan and Ayan Mukherji were among those who attended the party.
It looks like things are starting to look up for Ranbir Kapoor.
