Sidharth Malhotra-Jacqueline Fernandez's Bang Bang sequel has a release date 

Sidharth Malhotra and Jacqueline Fernandez's sequel to Bang Bang now has a release date. Directed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK, the film is expected to arrive in theatres by August 2017. The actor tweeted the release date for the film, and looks quite excited by it. 

The film went on floors in May this year and is being shot in Malaysia and Miami. Malhotra even put up an Instragram post on his first day in office, with his look creating quite a buzz on the social media. 

This is the first time that Malhotra and Fernandez have been paired together. The prequel, an official remake of the Tom Cruise starrer Knight and Day, released in 2014 with Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif in the lead roles. High on style, the film managed to break the Rs100 crore barrier in 2014.
