Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai to shoot disco track for Ae Dil Hai Mushkil

He’s making waves for upcoming production Baar Baar Dekho that has ticked all the boxes as far as music is concerned. Now, Karan Johar is set to up the ante for his directorial venture Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.

Ranbir Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai’s unlikely pairing in the upcoming Diwali release has generated great curiosity among fans. Johar will now shoot a disco number featuring the two actors. As per an online report, this disco themed track in a nightclub will be shot in early September at a suburban Mumbai studio.

Pritam is the music director for the film, but the choreographer for the track has not been revealed.

This is not the first time that Kapoor will be dancing and acting with a seasoned actress. The young actor famously danced with Madhuri Dixit in the ‘Ghagra’ track from the 2013 film Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. While Dixit only had a guest appearance in the film, Kapoor romanced senior actress Konkana Sen in Wake Up Sid (2009).

Directed and produced by Johar, Ae Dil Hai Mushkil will clash with Ajay Devgn’s Shivaay on Diwali, 28 October.
