Singer Arijit Singh's much-publicised 'break-up' with Salman Khan is finally over. The singer is all set to return with a song in Khan' next, Tubelight. Ending all speculation and rumours, Singh was quoted by reports saying, "Yes I am singing for Tubelight. It was recently reported that I said I will never sing for Salman Khan. Who am I to make such arrogant and unwarranted remarks? As far as I am concerned, I am and have always been a Salman Khan fan."
This is a far cry from the controversy that broke out during the promotional days of Khan's previous blockbuster, Sultan. Singh had been miffed at Khan's intervention to remove a song in the film. He had even put up a Facebook post with an open letter of apology, requesting Khan not to take down the song. However, the decision remained and led to the inevitable rumours that Singh had fallen out of favour.
There has been no confirmation on this from the production house, or Khan for that matter. However, the singer seems keen to put aside things in the past. He said, "“It is all in the past now. Shall we move on?”
All is well that ends well, they say; and we hope.
