Love story 2016? Sushant Singh Rajput echoes Kriti Sanon’s sentiments

The occasion was the trailer launch of his biggest film, MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, but Sushant Singh Rajput had come prepared to face some uneasy bouncers pertaining to his personal life.

The actor was in a long relationship with his Pavitra Rishta colleague Ankita Lokhande before breaking up early this year. Strangely, soon reports emerged that Rajput had started getting too close to his Raabta co-star Kriti Sanon. What added fuel to the fire were the numerous cozy pictures of them shooting in Budapest. Then came a story where the duo was said to be holidaying together in Thailand. The gossip mongers had the world believe that Sanon and Rajput were indeed a couple. The only problem was that Sanon nipped the 'holiday in Thailand' story by posting pictures of her having a merry time with her family in Delhi.

Recently, Sanon was reportedly quoted saying that it has become a norm for two actors working together, two friends to be clubbed as a couple.

So, when Rajput was asked about his equation with Sanon, the Raabta actor replied, “Yes she is right. There is every bit of truth in whatever Kriti said. It has become common for two actors to be linked if they are working together or hanging out. I have nothing more to add to it.”

Guess, that should end the Kriti-Sushant romance story. Will it? Time will tell.
