The actor Sidharth Malhotra, currently working with his alleged girlfriend Alia Bhatt in Kapoor & Sons, will be seen playing the role of a writer in the film.
Apparently, the star has started a habit of maintaining a diary in order to remain in character. The diary reportedly collects his thoughts, quotes or statements he likes and some of his dialogues.
The film, also starring Fawad Khan and Rishi Kapoor, is directed by Shakun Batra and produced by Karan Johar.
